Tata plans to maintain image of bought out Jaguar
It kind of saddened me to hear that a corporation in India bought Jaguar and Land Rover from ford. I have nothing against India or the Tata corporation, in fact they will probably do a better job making these brands successful. It saddened me because it’s a sign, it’s a sign that America is past it’s hey day. We can’t seem to do anything right anymore, not even the hugely powerful Ford corporation can take a company like Jaguar and make it successful. It’s not their fault entirely of course, the global economy has changed and this is just one more victim to those changing times.
Tata says it is going to maintain the jaguar image - of course it will, or that should be it;s intention, why would you buy a luxury hotel for pennies on the dollar and turn it into kmart? You wouldn’t, you’d keep it luxurious.
